According to thomas.loc.gov and FairTaxScorecard.com, four more representatives have signed on as Cosponsors of H.R.25 in October. They are:

  1. Elimination NOT Simplification

Our politicians need to get the message that taxpayers are fed up with the continual “simplification” of the tax code that has grown it to over 60,000 pages.

Our mantra should be “Elimination, NOT Simplification”.
We need to educate the public about the FairTax and in doing so enlighten them to the fact that the system can be converted away from taxing “income” to the betterment of our country.
If the people demand it, the politicians will swallow the pill just to keep their sorry jobs.

I called the White House today. I have written my congressmen and some others that are “sitting on the fence”. Momentum must be maintained and the FairTax has stay in the public eye, no matter what an ill advised tax panel recommends.

I hope all proponents will step up and do what they can to keep this movement rolling.
